If you're not really careful the media can have you believing things that aren't true and have you angry at the wrong people for the wrong reason. Case in point was how they took what ISAIAH THOMAS said when he was asked if he would be MORE OFFENDED if a white man called a black woman a bitch than he would if a black man used the word.
Isaiah said "Yes,he would be MORE OFFENDED if a white man called a black a bitch" He said that's something he would not stand for and that it would be "on!''(that's black talk for I'm about to whip dat azz!) In his own way he was standing up FOR black women!
Now what the media took from this and what they constantly misquoted the him as saying, was"ISAIAH THOMAS says that it's okay for black men to call black women a bitch" That's down right wicked. He never said that. The media TRIED to create a controversy where non really existed.
What was pretty gratifying for me was that when asked about what ISAIAH said,most black women agreed with him. They understood what he meant.

I dont condone road rage,but....!
I dont condon road rage,but i do understand!
Wow,where do some of these drivers get their license's from? Some of the things people do while driving just makes you shake your head!
Am i the last person in America who still uses the turn signal BEFORE i make a turn? It should go without saying,but the reason you put on a turn signal is to alert the driver in behind you that you are about to turn! I cant count the number of times when a driver in front of me,without any warning,aburptly makes a turn! I am a pretty alert driver so,i am always prepared to stop at a moments notice,but not every one is so alert. I wonder how many rear end accidents are cause by people who don't use the turn signal?
Then there are those knuckle heads who tail gate your ass! Few things irritate me as much as some clown riding me that close. Most people know that you should leave atleast two car lenghts distance between you and the other drive!
I remember one guy who was RIGHT UP ON ME,almost bumper to bumper! I look up in my rear view mirror and the pussy waves at me with a smirk on his face,letting know that he was being an asshole!
Another situation is those idiots who wait until it's raining or snowing to speed and drive like a maniac! Now unless your wife is about to give birth or you have some other urgent situation,there's no earthly reason for speeding when the roads are slick and dangerous.

Black women:dont get it twisted!
I was on YOUTUBE the other day and came apond this post by a black woman who basically felt that black men dont find black women as attractive as white women and other non black women. Despite the fact that me and some other brothas posted comments to the fact that we DO FIND BLACK WOMEN ATTRACTIVE she just refused to believe us.
She said that black men are abandoning black women in favor of non black women. It seems that she was stuck in that position.She also felt that black men couldn't deal with a strong black woman. Seeing that it was basically futile trying get this sista to understand how wrong she was to put words into our collectives mouths,i stop posting.
I think too many black women have brought into this belief that black men actually prefer white women and other non black women over black women. I think they look at these star athletes and other black male celebs who date and marry non black women and assume that they represent what ALL black men want.Im here to tell you that they dont! Dont get it twisted!
I think that it's only human nature to be curios about what's it like to be with some one of another race. If we're honest,most of us have pondered this to some degree. Some of us actually acted on this curiosity,but that doesn't mean that you prefer some other race over your own.
I think its funny how the sistas will applaud other black women who date inter racially,but will show scorn towards black men who do the same thing. They will say things like there are no good black men out there or black dont know how to treat black women so they should turn to men of other races.It's almost like some sistas try to drive you away!
I love black women. In terms of sheer physical attractiveness,black women dont take a back seat to any race of women.I think alot of the feelings that black women have regarding black men supposedly favoring women of other races is probably low self esteem. In America the white woman is held out as the satndard of beauty and unfortunately,some sistas feel they have to strive to fit that ideal. How else can you explain the obbession with hair weaves,blue contact lenses,etc?
So,let's not get it twisted,ladies. Let us speak for ourselves. We know what we want and who we want.And that just happens to be YOU.
